For over a century, the chefs of The Waldorf=Astoria have been renowned for their culinary excellence. This heritage is celebrated weekly at the hotel's famed Sunday Brunch. The collaborative effort by the hotel's chefs highlights many of their most fabulous creations.
The brunch provided by Peacock Alley restaurant has long been a Manhattan favorite. Over 180 gourmet presentations in 12 themed food displays around the hotel's Lobby Clock. Brunch is served every Sunday1 from 10:00 am until 2:30 pm (final seating).
Diners select from a spectacular array of gourmet delights, ranging from scrumptious Eggs Benedict with lobster and filet mignon to luscious and lofty cakes and pastries displayed around a majestic chocolate fondue fountain as the centerpiece; the culinary stations include a selection of cooked meats; carving meat; Belgian waffles and crepes accompanied with a selection of fruits; a raw bar with clams, oysters, shrimps and crabs; smoked fish and meat carving stations; Mimosa and Bloody Mary bar.
The brunch is served every Sunday2 from 10:00 am until 2:30 pm (final seating). Guests are seated in Peacock Alley restaurant.
