Redefining the Art of the Cocktail
Inspired by the grand social promenade that connected the original Waldorf and Astoria hotels, Peacock Alley today creates an environment in which to see and be seen. The elaborate bar and discreet lounge immerse hotel guests and New Yorkers in a classic and convivial ambience. By late afternoon, the mood shifts to jazz piano, inspired small plates, and artful cocktails with rare and house-infused spirits concocted by mixologist Frank Caiafa.
